Boil 2 litres of water adding a little bit of salt - 1 tea spoon

Put your small cubes of potato and cheese in it and cook for 10 minutes

Heat some oil in a pan and sauté your thin grated carrot for three minutes on high heat

Mix everything in the water and boil the water again

After boiling the water let it rest for 30 minutes. cover with something to keep it hot

serve and enjoy
