In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon, sugar, and salt

Pour pecans into bowl with egg, vanilla, and water mix

After pecans are successfully coated, pour cinnamon sugar and salt mixture onto pecans

In a pan with either nonstick spray or parchment paper, spread coated pecans
- 7
Place pan in oven for an hour, spread pecans every twenty minutes
