Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat
  • 11/2 cupsugar
  • 2-3 dropsVanilla essence for few
  • as requiredMilk
  • 2 tbspsuji
  • As neededGhee for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl to add and melt it.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl to add wheat flour,sugar,vanilla essence,and sugar water and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add milk and better is ready.

  4. 4

    Take a zelabi cloth and better ko us par dale de.

  5. 5

    Take a kadhai to add ghee and heat it. Ghee is melt and shape of xelabi and fry it.

  6. 6

    Malpuai is ready. Garnish for dry fruits.
