Steps

Chop all the vegetables including coriander leaves into small pieces.

Half wet grind all vegetables including corn in a grinder.

Mix together in a mixing bowl maida curd soda and ground vegetables with salt and butter and knead into a smooth spongy dough.

Leave the dough covered with a fine wet cloth for an hour and two till it swells.
- 5
Make medium sized balls of the dough and roll out into circular shapes on a rolling board.You may flatten and shape it by hand.

Deep fry the bhatures in frying oil in a karai.Serve with atchar or chutney.
