Take a bowl add sugar and water heat it and melt the sugar.

Take a bowl to add wheat flour,suji,essence, milk and mix it well.

And rest for few minutes.

Then jelabi cloth aur better ko ise par dale do.

Take a khadai to add ghee kadhai ko flame par rakh aur ghee ko garam kar lo.

Better se jelabi ke shape bana lo air fry karo light browan hone tak.

Malpuai is ready. Serve for plate and garnish for dry fruits
