Ingredients

  • 4-5 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsuagar
  • 1 cupalmond
  • 1 cupkaju
  • 12-15saffron
  • 11/2 cuppista
  • 1 tspsauf
  • 1 tspkhaskhas
  • 1 tspelachi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Frypin lo usme milk dalo aur boil krne rakh do.

  2. 2

    Then add saffron and sugar aur 10min ke liye boil karein

  3. 3

    Mixe me almond,pista,kaju,sauf,khaskhas,and milk grind it for paste is ready.

  4. 4

    Boil milk me paste add kar de air 20-25min boil karein

  5. 5

    1-2hr ke liye refrigerator me thandha krne ke liye rakh de

  6. 6

    Garnish ke liye saffron and dryfruit lo

  7. 7

    Serve for chilled. Ready shahi thandai.enjoy the thandai for holi special.
