Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 1 cupmaida/all purpose flour
  • 1 cupmava
  • 2 cupgunguna doodh/lukewarm milk
  • 1 cupshakkar/sugar for sugar syrup
  • 1 cuppaani/water for sugar syrup
  • 3-4hari elaichi/green Cardamom
  • 2 tbspnariyal boora/Descicated coconut
  • 4-5badaam pista/almonds & Pistachios for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sabse pehle hum mava ko 1 se 2 tbsp gungune paani se mash kar lenge taki usme gaanthe na reh jaye

    Ab mava me thoda thoda kar ke maida aur doodh add karenge aur 2 tbsp sookha nariyal ka boora add karenge.

    Ab mava maida aur doodh ka ek jalebi ke ghol jaisa ghol taiyaar karenge. Na hi zyada gadha aur na hi ptla.

    Ab es paste ko 15 se 20 minute ke liye rise hone ke liye rakhenge, esme hum koi baking powder ya baking soda add nahi karenge.

  5. 5

    Next step humara sugar syrup bnane ka hoga, ek cup chini aur ek cup pani aur teen se char elaichi ke daane pees kar add karenge aur chashni taiyar karenge. Sugar dissolve ho jani chahiye aur syrup thodi chipchipi ho bs. Ek taar ki chashni nahi bnani.

    Jab mixture ke rest ke 15 se 20 minute ho jaye tb kadhai me ghee ya oil garamkarenge.

  7. 7

    Tel garam hot hi hum maide aur maava ke ghol ko gol kalchhi ki help se ghee me dalenge taki uske gol pua ban sake

    Pua ko hum ek ek kar ke kadhai me fulne denge, jab ek ful jaye tb dusra dalenge. Har ek pe spoon se garamoil dalte rahenge taki wo achhe se ful saken.

    Ab puon ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak fry kar lein aur fir kitchen towel paper par nikalen.

  10. 10

    Sabhi aese hi taiyaar kar lein.

  11. 11

    Ab taiyaar sare pua chashni me dal kar nikalen. Bs ek mint ke liye dalen taaki uspe sugar cote ho jaye.

  12. 12

    Bs fir garnish karen badaam aur piste se.

  13. 13

    To lijiye ab ready ho gaye hain mava malpua.
