  • 4Mashed potato
  • Chopped green coriander half cup
  • 4 tspArrarot
  • Refined for shallow Fry
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • Tomato sauce as needed to serve
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspRoasted jeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add potato, arrarot, green coriander and salt, make tikki.

  2. 2

    Heat tava apply oil shallow fry all tikki, serve with curd, sauce or garnish with pomegranate and chopped coriander.
