Boil your green beans until are not overcooked.

Dry water from them and put onions, a pinch of salt and coriander, mix them well

Let them cool for 10 minutes read to put them in the pocket of samosa

Make you dough, and make thin circle chapaties.

Heat them on a low heat in the pan to make them dry.

Cut the circle into half

Make the pocket of samosa

Using tbs fill the pocket with cold green beans,

To cover the top part of samosa using a glue mixture of flour that will seal the pocket

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, put one by one samosa and cook for 2minutes while turning them

Cook until are golden brown, when ready place them on a plate lined with paper towel to dry the oil.

Serve while worm with cold milk
