Ingredients

24 servings
  • 3eggs beaten
  • 9 ouncesoil
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 2/12 cupssugar
  • 1 1/2 cupsmilk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonspoppy seeds
  • 1 1/2teaspons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsalmond flavor
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonvanilla
  • Glaze
  • 1/4 cuporange juice
  • 3/4 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoonalmond flavor

Steps

  1. 1

    Combined all ingredients for the muffin batter and mix well until fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Portion the batter into muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees, bake for approximately 20 minutes until tooth pick done.

  3. 3

    Remove the muffins from the muffin pan to a cooling rack on a sheet pan.

  4. 4

    With a fork poke holes in the tops of the muffins,.

  5. 5

    Mix the glaze and brush or dip the muffins. Sprinkle powder sugar if desired.
