Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupwalnuts
  • 1/4 cupoats
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 1/4 cupgluten flour
  • 12 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupBraggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspcelery seed
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspbasil

Steps

  1. 1

    blend first 6 ingred. until smooth.

  2. 2

    add mixture to flour

  3. 3

    knead 1-2 min.

  4. 4

    shape into logs and chill 2 hrs.

  5. 5

    mix remaining ingred. and boil.

  6. 6

    slice gluten into 1/4 in. slices and drop into boiling broth.

  7. 7

    simmer 1 hr.
