1 tsptea leaves
1 tspgranulated sugar
1 smallcardamom
2 smallblack pepper corns
1/4 piecegrated ginger
3/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupwater

Bring water to boil and add all ingredients except milk

Boil for atleast 3-5mins

Add milk and boil further for 4mins

Strain into a cup with a tea strainer and add a dallop of cream on top

Your masala chai is ready to slurp on!!
