Preheat oven to 350°

Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast and create a pocket in each chicken breast

Rinse chicken with water

Mix panko bread crumbs with shredded cheeses, salt and pepper
- 5
Rub a little dijon mustard in the inside of each pocket
- 6
Take one slice of swiss cheese two slices of ham and one bacon slice broken in half and fold up and stuff in chicken

Coat stuffed chicken breast with panko and cheese mixture and lay on a baking sheet

Bake for 45 minutes or till chicken is done
