Ingredients

  • 1Water (lots)
  • 1Salt
  • 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 2 largeonions, chopped in to large chunks
  • 2-3 carrots, washed and chopped in to large chunks
  • 2-3 stalks of celery, washed and chopped in to large chunks
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1Chicken Bones (I use from thighs)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything in a pot and boil on medium high.

  2. 2

    Simmer on low heat for a long time (12+ hours)

  3. 3

    Strain and let cool. Skim off fat.
