Prepare strong brewed coffee using coffee maker and let it cool down in a bowl. In a medium saucepan, mix egg yolks and sugar properly. Whip mascarpone into yolk mixture till soft. Take 7x11 inch dish for final tiramisu preparations.

Dip the lady fingers one by one and arrange them at the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cheese mixture over lady finger cookies followed by sprinkling of cocoa over them.

Dip lady finger cookies one by one again and arrange them over the cocoa. Spread mascarpone cheese mixture over ladyfinger cookies followed by Sprinkling of cocoa over them. Top the tiramisu with chocolate chips. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
