Firstly soak masoor for 4 hrs and then grind in smooth paste wit green chilli.

In a pan add oil dein add paste and all spices and dein cook for two min finish it up by adding coriander.

Transfer mixture into plate and cool it and cut wadis

Deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney.
