Today I am sharing the recipe for freshly prepared yummy soft mawa gulab jamuns.

Today I am sharing the recipe for freshly prepared yummy soft mawa gulab jamuns.
Steps

Firstly, take water and sugar in a heated pan. Let it boil on low heat till the sugar dissolves completely.

Add lemon juice and elaichi powder, mix it well.

Cook it till you get 1 string consistency of sugar syrup. Keep it aside.

In a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of making jamuns. Mix very well till it turns into a soft and smooth dough.

Now divide the dough into small and equal portions. Make small balls.

Make all the jamuns like so with the remaining dough.

Remember, it should not have any cracks otherwise it will break while frying.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the jamuns on low medium flame till it turns brown in colour.

Add these fried jamuns to hot sugar syrup and cover with a lid for around 2-3 hours.

Garnish with some nuts and serve. Yummy melt in mouth gulab jamuns are ready to eat😊😋
