First take a bowl and add maida and warm ghee.Slowly add water to make a dough.

Keep it aside for half hour

Now take a pan and and heat khoya on low flame for anout 5 to 10 min

Allow it to cool.

In the meantime make sugar syrup by adding 2 cups of sugar and 1 and 3/4 cup of water in a pan and heat on low flame.

Now when the khoya is cooled down add bura,kishmish and chronji

Now take the dough and make small poori on chakla.

Fill the poori with khoya mix and close the poori by applying watery maita

Take a kadai and add oil.Deep fry the gujiya but on low flame.

Now let the gujiya get cooled down and then dip in the sugar syrup for 1-2min and take it out.

Your heart shaped chasni gujiya is ready to serve.
