Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1 cupSuji
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. Dry fruits as desired
  5. 2 tablespoonGhee
  6. Oil or ghee for deep frying
  7. 4 tablespoonMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Add some ghee to 5ge maida and crumble it

  2. 2

    Add some water and knead a bit tight dough

  3. 3

    Heat two tablespoon Ghee in a pan

  4. 4

    Add the suji and roast till a bit brownish

  5. 5

    Add the sugar and dry fruits

  6. 6

    Add milk and switch off gas

  7. 7

    Mix the suji mix properly see that no lumps are formed

  8. 8

    Roll out small puris from the dough

  9. 9

    Stuff the filling and seal the edges

  10. 10

    Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown on both sides
