I love making my butter at home so i save up the cream that forms when boiling milk and when i have enough i make butter!!

Place your cream in a blender at times i use a wire whisk its tedius though.

Add water and blend for a few minutes

Drain the water add more clean water blend again for a few minutes

Drain the water rinse the creamy mixture until the water is cleaner

Put the creamy mixture in a pan and heat until the butter forms
- 6
Sieve (use a metalic sieve)let it cool put in a container that can be covered.

I refridgerate so i can use for longer
