  5. I cup dry parsley
  6. 1/2 cupdry cilantro
  7. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  8. 1 tbsponion and garlic powder
  9. 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  10. 1 tbspallspice
  11. 1 tbspsalt
  12. 1 tbsppepper
  13. 1/2 tbspginger
  14. 1 tbspturmeric
  15. 1 tbspcrushed pepper
  16. 1 tbspcurry
  17. 2 tbspketchup
  18. 1/4 cupyogurt

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients very wil add on top dice tomatoes.

    Bake in a reheated 375 f oven for 45 minutes
