A fabulous side dish that goes great with any meal! Alabama Cream Corn is easy to prepare and takes only a few simple ingredients. Leave out the Jalapenos, add bacon, add sauteed onion and peppers. Do whatever makes you happy. This side dish is perfect and so easy to make it your own.

My family always makes this on the holidays! Even if we celebrate separately it's always at every one of our houses. Very easy to make yet full of flavor =)

Needed a side dish for 9 year old daughter that loves corn

I love tortillas. But corn meal is rarely sold in stores so I tried making them with creamed corn and they were a big success. My two year old son gobbled all of these right up.They taste best freshly cooked, but if you can't eat them right away, wrap with plastic wrap after cooking and they'll be soft and moist. My husband has a medical condition that doesn't permit him to eat whole corn and most creamed corn. He asked me to come up with a version he could eat. This was the result.
