Ingredients

  1. 2 (15 oz)cans whole corn
  2. 4 ozcream cheese
  3. 1/4 CupColby Jack shredded cheese
  4. 6Jalapeno slices diced up, more or less to your taste

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Stir to combine as cheese and cream cheese melt.

  3. 3

    Cover, turn heat down to low, stirring to keep it from sticking and to heat evenly.

  4. 4

    Serve warm.
