Crush garlic clove.

Finely chop cilantro.

Mix all ingredients together.

You can change cilantro to most other green herbs. You can use creamy, plain or low fat yogurt. You can add salt, pepper and/or lime to taste. It's a basic garlic dressing that you can alter to suit. I've even changed the ingredients to say, crushed mango and yogurt, to make a dessert or salad dressing. Enjoy!!!
