Ingredients

  • 1/2 smallhead green cabbage, cored
  • 1/4red onion
  • 3 tbspchopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/2lime, juice
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1Kosher salt and pepper to taste

    Shred cabbage and onion and add to cilantro

  2. 2

    Mix sour cream, jalapeno, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper in separate bowl

  3. 3

    Add dressing to the cabbage mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours) in the refrigerator
