1/2 smallhead green cabbage, cored
1/4red onion
3 tbspchopped cilantro
1/2 cupsour cream
1jalapeno, finely chopped
1/2lime, juice
1 tbsphoney
1Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Shred cabbage and onion and add to cilantro

Mix sour cream, jalapeno, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper in separate bowl

Add dressing to the cabbage mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours) in the refrigerator
