soak rice and lentiles in water in seperate bowls for at least a night.

take out water, rinse and drain all water out.

slice all garlic head and add to the preheated olive oil, and let fry a little. don't let it burn or get gold
- 4
add rice and stir, after a min. or so add the lentils, stir and add the curcumine.

add water and salt and let it boil
- 6
put on low burner for 25 min. then turn off the fire
- 7
do not open lid for at least 25 more min. when water absorb you can serve.
