2 cupsummer squash
1 cupyellow onion
2 cupmushrooms
1 tbspcoconut oil
6 tbspLedge Top maple BBQ sauce
2pre cooked diced chicken breasts
2 cupbroccoli

chop up all veggies to bite size

sautee all veggies in coconut oil until tender

may need to add half cup water if you like extra soft veggies
4

add precooked chopped chicken
5

cook until heated through
6

add ledge top bbq sauce..stir well until heated through

enjoy
