Steps

Take bowl put maida add pinch salt and soda add ghee make soft doe

Take gulakand add chopped kaju nut keep aside

Take small peice of doe make plane roti cut small pori kind fill up gulakand cover it nicely

Take another peice make pori cut straight lines...this pori is attach to the stuffed one

Like all those do first and keep a side..in mean while put bannel for deep fri...on high firm once it heated put one by one...fri until gold colour...take it out

Ready to serve gulkand ghujhia
