Pneer ko cut kar ke fry karna hai.. Or ek bowl m normal water le.. Paneer ko fry karte jaye or is water Bowl m dalte jaye.. (jisse ki paneer soft hi rahe)

Ab oinon, garlic, ginger ka paste bana le.. Or tamater ki bi puri bana le..

Ek kadai m oil or ghee dale usme onion ka paste dal kar fry karein jab ki ye oil na chodne lage..

Oil chodne par haldi, dhaniya or red chilli powder dal kar fry karein.. 2 min tak fry hone tomato puree bi dal de or fry karein..isi m kichen king masala daal kar fry karein..

Ab mater dal kar mix karein or salt bi dal de 1/2 glass pani daal kar thodi der dhak kar pakaye..

Oil uper aane par paneer add karein or dahk de.. 2 min ke liye.. Agar aap ko lagta hai grave jada gaadi hai to aap thoda sa paani bi add kar sakte hai..

Oil uper aane lage to gas off karein. Garam masala or kata hua dhaniya mila kar achche se mila de.. Sabji ready hai..
