Take a pan

Add milk in it and boil it..

When milk become half,add sugar and kesar in it..

Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes..

Then add dry fruits in it..rabdi is ready..

Add flour,clarified ghee in it,mix it well

Add water in it and make fine dough..

Add clarified butter and semolina in it..

When it become little brown,add coconut powder,khoya and raisins in it..
