1 jarpeanut butter
22 lb bags confectioners sugar

Boil potatoes with skin

Peel and smash in medium bowl.

Add sugar and mix. Will get runny before thickening.

Continue until thick like dough.

Roll using sugar like flour.

Spread peanut butter.

Roll and refrigerate about an hour.

Slice and serve.
