Ingredients

  1. 10 mediumpeeled potatoes and cut into cubes
  2. 1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  3. 1 1/4 cupmilk
  4. 1 enveloperanch dressing mix
  5. 1 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1salt
  7. 1pepper
  8. 8 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

    Add potatoes to saucepan

    Add water to cover.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook 10-12 minutes til potatoes are almost tender.

    Drain

  6. 6

    Place potatoes in greased 9x13 inch pan.

    In a bowl, mix soup, dressing mix, 1 cup cheese, and salt and pepper.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Sprinkle Bacon and cheese over top.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes til potatoes are tender.
