1/2 cupsugar
1 dashcinnamon
1 dashjam
1 dashbutter

cook cup of rice

preheat oven to 180ºc

mix eggs milk and sugar..

put cooked rice in oven safe bowl

pour egg mixture over rice

sprinkle with cinnamon

add small pieces of butter and jam on top

cook for one hour

serve with custard and enjoy
