Can add cloves or pumpkin spices too.

Place sliced apples in a sauce pan and cover with water.

Put cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla and any other spices you like.

Simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, or until apples are soft.

Remove apples and divide into 4 baggies to use as a fruit snack.

Serve the cider in a small mug.

Store remaining cider in refrigerator and drink only 1 cup a day.
