Banana n Mixed Fruit Bread

i served this for several occasions, as an appetizer for a party and as well as dessert for a party. snacks for the kids as well. this bread was a huge hit! moist and packed full of fruit! people asked if i had any left cuz they wanted to take some home. even my picky daughter couldnt stop eating it. i hope u enjoy it as much as my family and friends have. no this is not your average fruit cake this is fruit bread.. enjoy!

preheat oven to 350.

in a large bowl mix together mashed bananas, applesause, eggs & milk.

in a seperate bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.

add dry to wet. mix well.

fold in all other fruits, nuts and chocolate chips.

prepare 2 bread loaf pans by spraying with baking spray.

divide mix into both pans evenly.

bake for about an hour. bread will be done when browned, a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

slice and serve.
