Heat butter in a non stick pan and saute chicken with ginger garlic paste.

Add black pepper powder, fried and crushed onion, salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Heat two small pieces of coal on gas stove until it glows. Put that in a small steel bowl and place in the cooked chicken pan.

Put few drops of melted ghee on burning coal and cover the pan with lid for 5 minutes.

Take another pan and sauté shredded cabbage with 1 teaspoon butter and keep aside.

In a plate, garnish this chicken with sauteed cabbage and remaining fried onion.
