Prepare the stuffing by mixing all the stuffing ings and keep in fridge

Warm 4 tsp water, 3tsp milk add 2 1/2 tbsp sugar and yeast and let it rest for 10 mins

In a bowl mix flour and salt

Add yeast mixture, knead the dough using little water or milk

Dough shud not be sticky

Knead the dough for 10 for 15j mins with oil

Transfer in a greased bowl cover with a samp cloth and let it rest till it doubles in size

When the dough has doubled dust with some flour and knead the dough till smooth

Divide into 16 equal portions

Flatten each portion with fingers 1 at time

Spread some stuffing and fold into half moon then take the corners together creating a flower petal,repeat for all the remaining portions

Arrange them in greased round dish like a flower

Keep it covered with a moist napkin till it rise

Then brush with milk on top

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 200° C or till golden brown

Remove on apply butter or oil

After 10 mins remove from the dish and cool on a wire rack
