Heat a pot and add the butter. Meanwhile, blend the first seven ingredients and fry them in the pot. Once it starts to boil, add the shrimp and cover. Cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and let it rest for seven minutes without uncovering. After this time, serve in deep bowls.

Once served, top with the fried tortillas, avocado slices, and crumbled fresh cheese. Serve at the table.
