  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tspblack cardamom powder
  5. As neededDryfruits
  6. As neededGhee for frying dryfruits

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cooker mein milk boil karke rice add karke lid lagakar utni whistle laga dein jitni apko rice pakane mein lagti hai. Gas release hone dein. Ek bowl mein milk powder mein pani dalkar idli batter jaisa ghol ready karein. Dhyan rakhe guthliya na pade. Cooker khol kar usme ye ghol dalkar mix karein. 5 minutes low flame par pakaye. Dryfruits fry karke cooker mein add kar dein. Ab gas off karke cooker ko dhak dein. Thanda hone par fridge mein rakh kar set karein. Thanda thanda parose.
