2 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
1 cupbrown sugar
1eggs
1/2 cupmilk

Mix all ingredients together until completely blended.

Pour into a parchment lined 9 inch round pan.

Sprinkle white sugar over the top of the uncooked cake.

Bake at 350° F for 40-45 minutes.
