Ingredients

  • 8threads saffron
  • 1 quartwater
  • 1 stickbutter (quarter pound)
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1/3 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    in a quart of water add saffron threads it infuse water let si at least 30 minutes

  2. 2

    in a pan melt butter add spices add flour stir till smooth like a paste dont burn add saffron water bring to boil it will thicken dont let it stick keep stirring
