boil egg

rub a large wooden salad bowl with cut clove of garlic allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in bowl if desired

mix oil Worcestershire sauce salt mustard and pepper in bowl

toss with romaine until leaves glisten
- 5
cut the egg and put in to the salad
- 6
squeeze lemon over salad and toss
- 7
sprinkle croutons and cheese over salad and toss
