1garlic croutons
1 clovegarlic cut into halves
1/3 cupolive oil
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspdry mustard
1ground pepper
1 largebunches romaine, torn into bite size pieces
1 eachlemon
1/3 cupParmesan cheese
1 largehard boiled egg

boil egg

rub a large wooden salad bowl with cut clove of garlic allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in bowl if desired

mix oil Worcestershire sauce salt mustard and pepper in bowl

toss with romaine until leaves glisten
5

cut the egg and put in to the salad
6

squeeze lemon over salad and toss
7

sprinkle croutons and cheese over salad and toss
