Steps

heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and add bay leaves.

add the chicken and cook 5 mins

add the onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, turmeric and salt to taste

mix together and cook it covered until the chiken is cooked and a onions, ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes are done

take cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, crush them and add in the chicken and cook for some time.

add cashew paste, tomato sauce, garam masala powder and some water. cover and let it cook for few mins.

add butter and freshly chopped coriander serve hot
