spray a 9x13 baking dish or 2 round 8"..set aside

add flour, baking powder and dry pistachio pudding to a bowl mix and set aside. Now add eggs,sugar, butter, food coloring & vanilla to bowl wisk well. Now add in flour mix and milk incorporate well.

add to baking dish & bake for 30-40 minutes

whipping: add all ingredients together in standup mixer or hand mixer. whip till thickened. Now fold in your drained pineapples till combined.

top your cake as desired garnish with chopped pistachios or nuts
