  2. 1chopped apple
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/4 cupprunes
  5. 2 tbspwhole grain mustard
  6. 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
  7. 1Pepper to taste
  8. 1Dill to taste
  9. 1 cupbroth

    Cook apple and onion in olive oil until soft.

  2. 2

    Add broth, prunes, and mustard.

  3. 3

    Add chicken, cover and poach over low heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

    Add dill and pepper.
