1chopped apple
1 tbspolive oil
1/4 cupprunes
2 tbspwhole grain mustard
4boneless skinless chicken breasts
1Pepper to taste
1Dill to taste
1 cupbroth

Cook apple and onion in olive oil until soft.

Add broth, prunes, and mustard.

Add chicken, cover and poach over low heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

Add dill and pepper.
