  • 2 largeears sweet corn
  • 1 largered pepper
  • 1/3sweet onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbspdried parsley
  • 4 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    cut pepper and onion into small pieces

  2. 2

    melt butter

  3. 3

    add in peppers onions and seasonings

  4. 4

    cut corn off ear.add it with peppers and onions

  5. 5

    cook all till tender

  6. 6

    enjoy!
