This is one of those recipes that you dread to prepare but love the outcome. Having samosa cravings led to pushing myself to learn how to make them from home.

In a bowl, add in the dry ingredients apart from the beef...add in your water and knead into a smooth soft dough. Let your dough rest for about 30 minutes

Portion your dough into small even balls and arrange on a flour dusted surface.

Roll out the balls into small evenly flattened circles

Layer the circles by oiling the surface before placing another on top for easy peel off ahead.

Roll out the layered circles into almost one.

On a heated pan...place the rolled out layers. Use moderate heat to avoid burning of the layers. As they cook peel off one layer after the other and set aside

Your layers should now resemble this

Cut into quarters

Mix flour and water to make a thick paste that acts as glue in the making of pockets

One after the other take the quarters folding one side, apply the flour mixture

Fold the other side onto the glued surface to create a triangular shape

Add in your beef filling

Apply the flour mixture to the top part of the pocket and fold it over the beer mixture.

Your samosas should resemble these...

Deep fry in fairly hot oil and serve hot with your favourite sauce...Enjoy 😋
