  1. 2 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1 cupshortening
  3. 1 tspvanilla
  4. 1 cuppeanut butter
  5. 2eggs
  6. 3 cupflour
  7. 2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsalt

    Mix first 5 ingredients

  2. 2

    Sift together dry ingredients then add to first mixture

  3. 3

    Roll in to small balls and place on cookie sheet and press with fork

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins
