Ingredients

  1. 6 ozProsciutto; thinly sliced
  2. 16 ozBowtie Pasta
  3. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  4. 2 tbspGarlic; chopped
  5. 1Bell Pepper; diced
  6. 1 cupPeas; drained
  7. 3 tbspParsley; chopped
  8. 1/2 cupParmigiano-Reggiano; shredded

  1. 1

    Cut the prosciutto into strips & set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

  3. 3

    While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a medium pan & saut? the garlic. Add the pepper, peas, & prosciutto. Cook until the garlic turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Drain the pasta & place in a serving bowl. Add the pea mixture, & parsley. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Season with salt & pepper, if desired. Sprinkle the cheese. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.

  7. 7

    NOTE: You can use any type of pasta, spaghetti, macaroni, etc.
