  • 1/2 cupplain flour
  • 1/4 cupsoftened butter
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 4eggs
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1chopped bacon/ spinach/ parsley
  • 1grated cheese

Steps

    Preheat moderate oven

  2. 2

    Place eggs, milk, flour, butter, and filling in a bowl and blend.

  3. 3

    place in a greased pie dish.

  4. 4

    Top with grated cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake in mod oven 35-40 mins
