1/2 eachjuice form 1/2 an orange
1/2 eachjuice from half a lemon
1/4 cuphazelnut oil
1 bunchkale
3 eachavocados, cut into chunks
1/2 cuphazelnuts, chopped
1 dashsalt and pepper

Whisk together juices and oil

Remove tough middle stem from kale leaves, then slice thin

Toss kale with avocado and dressing, salt & pepper to taste, sprinkle hazelnuts on top
